Models X1and X2 SIX-SHOOTER Concrete Reclaimers
SIX-SHOOTER RECLAIMERS
Ideal for smaller Ready-Mix Plants and some Pipe & Block/Precast
The First “SIX-SHOOTER” developed was in response to some ready mix operators who did not have the need for the larger,
faster Snubnose, and wanted a less-expensive alternative to handle smaller plants. It was designed initially for plants operating
up to SIX mixer trucks, from where it took it’s name.
Quickly, astute operators of precast, pipe and block plants, especially those running mixer trucks, discovered they could benefit
from the same size machine.

CONCRETE RECLAIMER SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS
“I’ve seen a lot of reclaimers come and go,
but this one really works!”
2008 The First X2
The first X2 Six-Shooter was
installed in 2008 at a Prestress
Plant in the upper Great Lakes
region.
Shortly thereafter, the first Ready-
Mix plant installed an X2 at one of
their 70+ plants, a smaller
satellite plant on the outskirts of
town. They operate 8 or 9 trucks
there, depending on need.
Model X1 Six-Shooter is recommended for use in small Ready-Mix Plants operating 1-6 mixer trucks, and
Precast/Products Plants running mixer trucks.
The X1 Six-Shooter has a design capacity of about HALF that of the Snubnose, or 1/4 to 1/2 yard-per-minute.
The “1” in “Model X1” indicates it is sized with a 4’ wide infeed hopper, to allow one truck at a time to wash out.
Available with all the same features, functions and accessory options (sand screw heater, auto start/stop, etc) as it’s bigger
brother, in a smaller, more-compact package, using only 9 HP to deliver clean reusable rock and sand.
Available in Left– or Right—Hand Sand Screw Discharge to fit your plant.
2000 The First Six-Shooter
A smaller ready mix plant in the upper
Midwest purchased the first ever X1.
Model X2 Six-Shooter is recommended for use in the mid-sized Ready-Mix Plants operating 3-10 mixer trucks, or more.
Continually striving to fill customer needs, some ready mix operators said they liked the idea of the X1 Six-Shooter, but would
really like it if they could allow 2 trucks to washout at the same time.
And thus, the X2 Six-Shooter was born.
The X2 Six-Shooter has the design throughput capacity of the X1, 1/4 to 1/2 yard-per-minute.
The “2” in “Model X2” indicates it is sized with a 7’-4” wide infeed hopper, to allow two trucks to wash out simultaneously.
X2 is identical to the X1, except for 3 things:
1. The infeed hopper is 88” wide to accommodate 2 trucks at once.
2. A 2nd Standpipe Stinger (allowing the drivers to take on wash water at the machine) is added (the X1 only comes with 1).
3. To accommodate the extra water required for the 2nd standpipe, we increased the pump size to 5HP (X1 uses 3HP).
Other than that, they are the same machine.
