The Snubnose Concrete Reclaimer features:
Feed Hopper, 3 ft. long x 8 ft. wide, approximately 1 cubic yard capacity.
Custom Rotor / Hopper Feed Screw, 14” diameter, half pitch. Provides controlled volume feed from the hopper to the rotor screen. Eliminates under and over feeding.
Rotor, 2.5 ft dia. x 5 ft long, covered with 1/4” opening, 14 ga. carbon steel rock screen. Rock is carried to the end of the screen to stockpile.
Rotor Motor, 5 HP direct drive gear motor.

Dewatering Sand Screw, left or right hand discharge, 24” Diameter x 12 ft. long, half pitch, Abrasion Resistant 1/2” thick sectional flighting. 5 HP direct drive gear motor. Water drain plug to prevent freezing.
Pump, 3 phase VAC, 5 HP, 3” discharge - 400 gpm submersible centrifugal pump and two washout stingers.
Backwash Spray Nozzle, water spray outside rotor to clean screen exterior and wash rock & sand.
Infeed Spray Nozzle, water spray to wash down infeed hopper.
Bolt on lids, for access to rotor.
Electrical / Controls, Electrical disconnect 3 phase, 230 VAC or 460 VAC. Controls for electric motors and submersible pump. |
