HOW IT WORKS:

Material is fed into the infeed hopper, where the auger pulls the material into the rotary screening section, all the while spraying with water to loosen the cement particles.

As the material drops into the rotary screen, sand and cement are washed from the rock, which continues out the back of the unit and delivered to a bunker for easy clean-out. The rock delivered is able to be put back into your stockpile for future batching.

The sand and cement drops into the bottom of the Reclaimer shroud, where the heavier sand particles are collected in the dewatering screw, and are conveyed to a separate sand stockpile bunker. Here again, the sand is able to be reused in future batches.

The cement (and some fine sand) is kept in suspension and is delivered thru the drain to a cement storage system, such as settling ponds, where it is settled out of the water stream.

The water is then recirculated thru a submersible pump back to the Reclaimer for further washing of incoming materials.
